- Please note that all appointments must be booked in advance.
- Depending on availability, we will do our best to accommodate same-day bookings.
- Out of respect for our patients’ and practitioners’ time, we will collect a $60 reservation fee when you schedule your appointment. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the fee will be refunded to you when you call at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you have booked a free initial consult, the reservation fee will be fully refunded when you come for your appointment. If you have booked a service appointment, 100% of the fee will be applied to your service charge at the time of your appointment.
- Unfortunately, if you are late, we will not be able to extend your appointment beyond the allotted time.
- In the event of weather emergencies, please call us for an update on your appointment.
- To maintain a therapeutic environment for our patients, children under 13 are not permitted on the premises. Children over 13 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult in the waiting area.

We are on the town line between Newton and Watertown, off Exit 17 of I-90 (Mass Turnpike), across the street from Bertucci’s in Newton Corner. Look for the brick building behind the Brigham and Women’s parking lot (beware—you will be towed if you park there; we have our own parking lot).
